Job Description
- Payment of all monthly utility bills.
- Preparation of requisition of all payments (Lahore & Karachi).
- Collection & reconciliation of bank statement.
- Compile travelling data of all employees and reimburse travelling dues.
- Preparation of Karachi office requisition.
- Salary preparation.
- Reconciliation of general ledgers with bank statements.
- Ensure transactions are properly recorded and entered in computerized accounting system.
- Preparation of top sheets/ Monthly accounts.
- Maintain all financial records of company.
- Filling of all Lahore & Karachi office record.
