| Job Description: |
- Technology sector background working on SaaS based travel software for a DMC / Tour operator.
- Understands XML & API connectivity processes in travel industry and be able to lead connectivity projects.
- Able to understand business model & requirements to communicate clearly & precisely with clients/suppliers/software providers
- Monitor & maintain service agreements with third party IT suppliers
- Liaise with third party suppliers to escalate & resolve issues, and provide in-house support for SaaS travel software and all other applications.
- Manage client & supplier relationship with excellent customer service skills.
- Advance understanding of IT support with pro-active approach, to be a first line of contact for our client’s technology related issue / project.
