Assistant designer is responsible for assisting in all aspects of the design process and provide support as needed. The ideal candidate is a highly creative individual who welcomes the opportunity to work on different projects simultaneously and embrace change as the brand grows and develops.

Responsibilities:

·       Assists in the creation of brand-right, commercial designs that reflect the conceptual direction/business strategy

·       Deliver design sketches/prototypes and provide specifications

·       Adapt designs based on feedback, and incorporate for finalization

·       Always stay on top of research for seasonal trends, themes, colors, raw materials and sourcing for new ideas

·       Prepare professional presentation using AI

·       Work with production to maintain design concept through out production process

·       Achieve set goals with acute attention-to-detail, track progress & anticipate potential issues

·       Build and maintain effective relations with key partners

·       Meet budget and time deadlines

·       Might need to travel if needed

Requirements:

·       3+ years Design experience

·       Degree in Fashion Designing

·       Highly creative and ability to think outside the box

·       Strong technical drawing & hand sketching abilities with attention to detail

·       Outstanding knowledge of fashion trends and color sense

·       Self motivated with can do attitude

·       Proficiency in Illustrator, Photoshop, Microsoft Word, Powerpoint and Excel

Strong work ethics with ability to multi-task and meet deadlines
