| Job Description: |
• Overall Management of Translation Department, consist of Translators, Editors, Proof-readers, Comparers, Formatters, Graphic Designers and others holding different positions in the department.
• To ensure Quality Control at every stage through development of KPI’s and monitoring.
• Be abreast of the progress, status and development of Translation, Formation, Composing and Printing.
• Managing the administrative and other affairs of the department.
• Making struggle for grooming the entire staff through trainings etc.
• To conduct Annual Appraisals of all staff on predetermined KPI’s. |
