Appedology is looking for a Talent Acquisition Executive (Female). The resource should be a Team player with excellent communication skills in English.
-Should have strong hands on experience in sourcing for multiple positions.
-Should be strong in sourcing candidates from job boards, Linkedin, headhunting, via references campus etc.
-Good at social media recruiting; spend considerable time with the candidates to evaluate them based on their experience, achievements, behavior, cultural and motivational fitment.
-Should be responsible from sourcing to onboarding of the candidate.
-Should have handled Mass Hiring (independently)
-At least 2 year experience of working as a HR Recruiter with Bachelor Degree
-Should have experience in preparing Job Descriptions, based on specific briefs given - Proficient in usage of MS Office tools - Publish recruitment reports, metrics and dashboards periodically
OTHER SKILLS REQUIRED:
-Excellent interpersonal, presentation and persuasive skills ability to meet deadlines and is solution driven.
-Ability to work independently under minimal supervision.
-Excellent written and verbal communication with proficiency in English
-Should be able to handle work pressure
