| Job Description: |
- Handle and refer client’s inquiries to supervisor
- Meet personal and team targets according to project requirements
- Research required information using available resources
- Manage client’s information, took information as according to project needs, refer complaints of clients to concerned departments.
- Enter manual information for data entry on daily basis.
- Update existing information of contact numbers accordingly
- Route calls to appropriate resource
- Complete call logs
- Maintains and improves quality results by adhering to standards and guidelines; recommending improved procedures.
- Keep recordings of all calls in comprehensive way.
- Must Understand,write and speak Pushto.
