Job Description:

We are a UK based Taxi Firm moving some of our operations to Pakistan. You will be working directly with the company. Your salary will be guaranteed.In case if you are short listed for an interview, you will be sent an interview pack via email, so you should have a knowledge that how will you be assessed during the interview. We are looking for a Full-Time Taxi Operator who can work Nights or Weekends in Rotating Shifts. Ideal candidate must have excellent English Communication and writing skills as well as basic computer skills. Web Developers, App Developers, Software Developers or any other IT skilled person will be given preference.


  • Answering telephone calls.
  • Delivering a high level of professional customer service at all times.
  • Dealing with email bookings and inquires and completing admin work.
  • Providing quotations to customers.
  • Allocating bookings to drivers within time frames and driver locality.
  • Dealing with customer complaints.

Key Competencies Required:

  • Must have a professional telephone manner.
  • Excellent customer service skills.
  • Good planning and written communication skills.
  • Deal with different levels of people.
  • Ability to plan ahead and work under pressure
