Location: Head Office, Lahore
- Develop and execute talent acquisition strategies that enhance the Bank's visibility/reputation in key recruiting markets.
- Lead and manage the workforce planning process, Headcount management and talent acquisition activities.
- Formulate and implement an employment branding strategy that effectively articulates Bank’s employee value proposition in order to attract top talent.
- Leverage social networking and other cutting-edge recruiting technologies and tools to connect with a broad and diverse talent network.
- Help position Bank as an employer of choice among target candidates.
- Partner with Banks’s senior management to provide strategy and support for talent acquisition solutions including: Employment Branding, Candidate Experience, Employee Referral Program, Batch hiring, Intern Programs, College/University Relations, and onboarding.
- Ensure Efficient completion of Talent Acquisition cycle within defined turnaround time (TAT).
- Ensure maintenance of reports for all recruitment statistics, maintain accuracy in system, document all process and ensure compliance to same.
Education: Minimum Masters or equivalent from a HEC recognized University/ Foreign University.
Candidates with relevant international certifications i.e. CRA, SHRM, CIPD will have added advantage.
Experience: Minimum of 12 years of overall banking experience including 05 years at senior managerial role in a similar function.
Age: Upto 55 years as of 09.11.2020
