| Job Description: |
Develop and deliver a project management program encompassing all the details of a project to the team members. Building an in-depth knowledge of business success drivers, industry trends, regulatory issues, and the competitive marketplace to deliver solutions that will have a measurable impact on service delivery. Set realistic and practical goals for the project; also develop appropriate strategies for achieving these goals.
Evaluate the progress of the project on regular basis and achieve the targets in a timely manner. Defining the program’s governance arrangements. Identify, select, and lead the implementation of a new ERP platform. Create and execute a roadmap for project deliverables based on requirements and collaboration with organizational constituencies.
