HR Recruiters/ HR Analysts: (Night Shift)

Job Responsibilities 

• We are looking for an ambitious and energetic Talent Acquisition Specialist who knows the basics of HR management and has a good idea about the IT field.
• The individual should be able to understand the JD and find the right fit for that specific position through using alternate recruitment channels.
•  Develop and maintain pool of candidates using different recruitment channels.
•  Screen resumes and conduct telephonic interviews and schedule the suitable candidates.
•  Schedule interviews, by ensuring that enough pool is available for positions available in the future.
•  Ensuring timely collection of documents from all new hires.
• Education Required: Graduation (Preferably in IT with an idea about HR)
• Minimum Experience: 0.5 to 1 year (Recruitment firm experience preferred)
• Fresh Candidates are also entertained
• Excellent Communication Skills (English)

We are offering a market compatible salary with a very handsome commission structure along with upto 30 Lacs bonus with an all-expense paid foreign trip.
