Job Description:

Identification of GBV survivors and those at risk- beneficiaries at WGSS and health facilities.



  • Manage, coach and orient the PSS facilitators and WGSS supervisors on GBV Case Management.

  • Coordinate and ensure that work is completed according to guidelines and standards.

  • Ensure that all case management related M&E tools are utilized, information collected, analyzed and actions taken to ensure quality service provision.

  • Supervise and monitor case management action plans/safety plans for beneficiaries developed by Case Workers;

  • Ensure proper documentation of GBV cases and follow-up processes.

  • Work in close coordination with Project Manager on issues related to program and activities.

  • Work in close coordination with Sr. WPE Officer and regularly update GBV referral pathway in collaboration with Social Welfare Department, Health department and other service providers.

  • Participate and ensure participation in peer-to-peer or other capacity building initiatives implemented at the sector level.

  • Ensure participation in Field level case management coordination meetings and case conferences.

  • Engage with district level GBV service providers including government and non-government, for the establishment of case management system.

  • Organize individual weekly and monthly meetings with GBV Case Managers and GBV Case Workers.

  • Ensure that all date related to GBV Cases, counseling processes, success stories is collected, documented and analyzed and coordinated with Reporting Officer, MEAL Officer and Database Assistant on weekly, bia-monthly, monthly basis and quarterly basis.
