| Job Description: |
- Responsible to design greener products.
- Responsible for all activities related to design & development work for New Products
- Responsible for all activities related to design & development work for New Variants
- Ensures & recommend all Engineering Change Orders
- Identification, planning, estimation, monitoring & implementation of cost reduction activities
- SCR reduction through design improvement
- Ensures to updates bills of material (BOM) related to Ref.
- Quality Enhancement & Productivity Improvement through Design improvement
- Review and verify the manufacturing processes and product improvement
- Ensure all engineering documents are complete, current & stored appropriately
- Motivate team to work together in the most efficient way
- Ensure to implement 7S standards in the department
- Perform any tasks assigned by departmental head/Management.
