Main Job Purpose:
- The purpose of this position is to keep running IT operation smoothly and handing of routine technical issues.
- Provide technical support timely to all company staff.
Responsibilities:
- Local Area Network Administration and support
- Wide Area Network Administration and support
- Preventive hardware maintenance and support
- Hardware and software installation
- IT helpdesk support
- Maintain the data backup / inventory.
- Updating Anti-Virus and Security software’s
- Support on Internet and Email services
- Strong and effective inter-personal and communication skills to deal with partners and the ability to interact professionally with staff & partners.
- Dealing with IT vendors
