Job Description:

A-     Role Summary:

The “HR Executive” is responsible to optimize and bring efficiency in HR operations, functions and system management.

Manage and administrator employee lifecycle to systemize & automize the HR processes.

The incumbent must be a people’s person, good listener and detail oriented to keep a record of confidential data by ensuring secrecy at all levels.

B-     Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Manage and improve daily operations of the HR department
  • HR processes re-engineering
  • Maintain & organize HR data base as per ISO standards to ensure correct record keeping of all employees and employment related information as required
  • Ensure employee profiles are maintained in soft copy and hard copy as well
  • All required documents as per the checklist & company policy should be attached in each employee profile
  • Learn, manage and participate in Training & development activities/programs, compensation & benefits processing, employee career developmental plans, employee onboarding and orientation process, organizational development plans and etc.
  • Review and analyze organizational policies, compensation and benefits & employee progression plans
  • Ensure flawless performance management system and processes
  • Prepare reports of bonus calculations and process disbursement after HOD’s approval
  • Maintain attendance record of all employees and automate attendance management system as per the policy and legal requirements
  • Ensure error free attendance record, promote discipline and punctuality among employees
  • Keep latest knowledge of national & international employment laws and policies
  • Measure employee retention and turnover rates
  • Keep latest Pasha/relevant salary surveys record and prepare reports for salary surveys
  • Learn and develop HR procedures, implement best HR practices and optimize HR functions
  • Monitor and improve CSR activities & initiatives
  • Participate in organizing and executing employee engagement activities and official events
  • learn and acquire knowledge of Standard Operating Procedures & departmental KPIs for better execution of the departmental duties
  • Manage T&D, employee engagement, annual events budget
  • Learn and follow official written and verbal smooth coordination within the department/company to eliminate communication barriers
  • Prepare and get employment/services contracts signed by all eligible candidates after line manager/HOD’s approval, as per the company policy and official procedure, by ensuring its document control mechanism
  • Prepare and issue letters after line manager/HOD’s approval as per the company policy and procedure
  • Prepare drafts and circulate official circulars, notices and announcements on time
  • Facilitate in ISO audits
  • Any major or minor duty assigned by the line manager /Head of the department

C-      Job Specifications:

  • Masters/ Bachelor’s degree in HR from an accredited university
  • Must have at least 2-4 years of experience, specifically 1-2 years of experience in IT/Telecom services industry at similar capacity
  • Must have expertise on MS Office
  • Must have knowledge of ERP/Workspace software’s
  • Ability to work in fast paced environment
  • Should have ability to work on close deadlines
  • Flexible to work on cross-cultural time zones
  • Excellent presentation skills
