Job Description:

A-     Role Summary:

The “Talent Acquisition & Employer Branding” executive is responsible for the strategy implementation, planning and implementation of anticipated workforce , talent acquisition, recruitment & selection and retention programs for the company to fulfil local & international hiring needs. The incumbent shall be responsible for attracting, searching, targeting, recruiting and retaining talented candidates. The resource shall also play a vital role in promoting  company on all social media platforms, introducing company’s products & services in the events, conferences, career fairs, on campus recruitment drives, HR fraternity groups and etc. by designing company’s promotional strategy and finalizing content to capture the desired audience locally and internationally.

B-     Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Input into overall hiring strategy of the organization to ensure our teams consist of a diverse set of qualified individuals
  • Ensure the staffing needs of the company are being met, with a long-term talent strategy in mind
  • Devise and implement sourcing strategies to build pipelines of potential applicants, such as employer branding initiatives 
  • Create and implement end-to-end candidate hiring processes to ensure a positive experience
  • Form close relationships with hiring managers to ensure clear candidate/interviewer expectations
  • Determine selection criteria for candidates by liaising with managers and other members of staff
  • Source applicants through online channels, such as LinkedIn and other professional networks
  • Create job descriptions and interview questions that reflect the requirements for each position
  • Identify and refine down the most suitable talent from available candidates
  • Plan interview and selection procedures, including screening calls, assessments, and in-person interviews
  • Keep records of all materials used for recruitment, including interview notes and related paperwork, to share with key stakeholders
  • Identifying what, exactly, about the company makes it attractive to candidates
  • Highlighting key differentiators that set the company apart from competitors
  • Leveraging candidate-facing communications, social media, and video to convey the corporate culture and employee experience
  • Developing and projecting the employee value proposition; partnering with recruiting leaders and hiring managers to develop sourcing strategies to meet current and future hiring needs.

C-      Job Specifications:

  • Master or Bachelor's Degree in business administration with majors in HR/Marketing from an accredited university
  • 2-4 years of experience in telecom/IT industry at similar role
  • Any relevant certification or hands-on training would be a plus
  • Knowledge of Applicant Tracking Systems
  • Excellent command on talent acquiring platforms (LinkedIn, rozee.pk, indeed, monster.com & etc.) & prior experience of dealing with headhunters
