Duties of a Receptionist may include:
- Greeting and welcoming guests and providing them with a positive first impression of the organization.
- Registration of partners
- Directing guests and answering their questions.
- Notifying other workers of visitor arrival.
- Complying with procedures, rules, and regulations on keeping a safe and clean reception area.
- Providing administrative and clerical support.
- Receiving and sorting mail and packages.
- Managing digital and hard-copy filing systems.
- Perform other office tasks as assigned.
