| Job Description: |
The Student Counselling Officer will be responsible for the below activities.
Student Affairs
- Manage Day to day student affairs and issues
- Engage Students in Extra-Curricular Activities
- Plan and execute Sports Activities
- Organize Excursion and Study Tours
- Establish and operate Student Societies & Student Councils
- Plan and organize graduation and orientation ceremonies
Student Counselling
- Psychological Counselling
- Career Counselling
- Counselling Assessments
Career Development
- Work on Student Skills Development of students
- Conduct Sessions regarding Admissions and Scholarships in National and International Universities
- Bring in universities and their representatives to directly interact with the students
- Explore Internship and Learning opportunities in the local and global market and connect students with them
- Encourage and engage Students with voluntarily and community services
Global Engagement
- Coordinate and conduct Global Universities Entry Exams (YOS Exams)
- Conduct Special Sessions regarding Türkiye Burslari and manage the whole application and selection process in coordination with YTB
- Communicate and coordinate with universities to smoothly facilitate the admission process of the students
- Manage International University Visits and delegates
- Hold meetings with travel agents, embassy and other stakeholders to facilitate the needs of the students
- Plan and execute national and international Summer Programs
Alumni Placement and Engagement
- Maintaining Annual Admission and Placement Record
- Generating Reports Based on Accurate Data
- Reconnecting and Engaging Alumni with relevant institutional activities
- Assisting Alumni in their university documentation
- Any other task assigned by the management/supervisor.
