| Job Description: |
- Initial positioning of the cause of the problem, output analysis report and Analysis
- Solve and deal with customer/sales/market complaints, feedback and push improvement in time
- Cooperate with R & D to analyze and verify problems
- Docking with after sale, sample collection and tracking of the first 100 new projects
- Visit the market regularly to collect product quality issuepush improvement
- Major in communication, electronics or related
- Electronic basic knowledge, mobile phone communication knowledge and other related professional technical knowledge background
- Have a certain understanding of the development and production process of mobile phone hardware and software
- Ability to independently analyze and deal with usual problems of mobile phone hardware and software
- At least 2 years phone FAE or repair experience
- Strong communicate Skills with Fluency in English.(Spoken & Written)
