Job Description:

Position Title: Project Manager Civil

Location: Islamabad & Nathia Gali

Salary: 200-250k+ Benefits

Job Description:

Admin and Project Manager for resorts being developed and responsible for:

Liaison with local government and development authorities for all regulatory affairs
Legal compliances including approvals/documents from relevant authorities
Overseeing the development of resorts and keeping administrative control
Ensure development timelines for timely completion of construction
Closely work with contractors to ensure all on ground issues are addressed in a timely manner

Other than the JD, the major requirement is an armed army professional preferably Colonel level with 3 - 5 years of experience.
