Candidate must be a resident of Multan and can speak Siraiki
- Must have an agricultural background and can handles farms
- Must be well aware of the crop activity happening in the farms
- Conducts market survey of the commodities being used in the farms
- Can calculate the crop weightage and monitors the weight accordingly in order to avoid any discrepancies
- Purchases farm and handles the expenses
- Maintains and manages the tools being used on the farms
