About the Position!

We are looking for an Officer - Service Delivery Monitoring for our Lahore Office.

What will you do?

Job Role and Duties:

• Monitoring delivery using tools such as Nagios, OpenNMS, Xymon etc.


• Help in restoring services as quickly as possible; you should be well aware of the incident management process of ITIL.


• Should perform seamless monitoring role; should have end-to-end knowledge of the event and alert management in the monitoring role.


• Perorm basic tasks such as manage, unmanaged servers, performing ping and tracert commands on network devices, basic database queries like select, insert, update and website monitoring.


• Candidate should have basic knowledge of ITIL V3 concepts.


• Candidate should be able to work independently and should be a good team player.


• Candidate should be flexible to work during the night shifts.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Candidate should be a computer graduate with good knowledge of Linux Based OS


• Candidate should have a minimum of 1-2 years of IT infrastructure or application console-based monitoring experience.

About Schedule!

Working Hours and Schedule:

• 40 plus hours per week - Must be willing to work overlapping hours as needed


• Monday to Friday
