| Job Description: |
Job Responsibilities:
- Prepare and check sales tax invoices.
- Dispatching Sales tax invoices to customers along with GD, delivery challans & bilty.
- Communicating with customers and resolve issues regarding sales tax invoices.
- Maintain proper record of invoices and delivery challans.
- Opening an account of customers.
- Reconcile ledgers to ensure all the sales tax invoices have been generated.
- Maintain proper record of bilty and received invoices.
- Ensure that all customers have received the dispatched invoices.
Job Qualifications:
- Bachelors / ACCA (enrolled)
- 1-3 experience of Accounting & Finance and managing invoices and ledgers.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Details and research oriented.
