Job Description:

Determining current performance shortfalls of different positions and conducting Training Need Assessment (TNA), using appropriate research methods.

 

  • Extensive & Scientific Research on Training & Development (RT&D), including but not limited to the following
  • Topics:
  • Management Soft Skills, Cognitive Methods, Relative Contents, Technologies pertaining to Presentation
  • Language & Culture, Coaching, Different Technical Courses, Mentoring, Management Development Leadership, Capacity Building, Distance Learning, Collaborative Learning, Feedback,
  • Measurement of Outcomes
  • Helping Graphic Designer to create extensive Presentations, Manuals, Flyers, Brochures, Invitations, and other RT&D material.
  • Preparation of monthly personal performance file and submit to Manager RT&D.
  • Any other related task, during duty timings, assigned by Manager RT&D.

Job Specification

  • MBA degree, MPhil will be preferable
  • 3 – 5 years experience in Research & Development, preferably in RT&D field.
  • Fluent English & Urdu Speaking and Writing with ability to develop training material
