Job Description: |
Determining current performance shortfalls of different positions and conducting Training Need Assessment (TNA), using appropriate research methods.
- Extensive & Scientific Research on Training & Development (RT&D), including but not limited to the following
- Topics:
- Management Soft Skills, Cognitive Methods, Relative Contents, Technologies pertaining to Presentation
- Language & Culture, Coaching, Different Technical Courses, Mentoring, Management Development Leadership, Capacity Building, Distance Learning, Collaborative Learning, Feedback,
- Measurement of Outcomes
- Helping Graphic Designer to create extensive Presentations, Manuals, Flyers, Brochures, Invitations, and other RT&D material.
- Preparation of monthly personal performance file and submit to Manager RT&D.
- Any other related task, during duty timings, assigned by Manager RT&D.
Job Specification
- MBA degree, MPhil will be preferable
- 3 – 5 years experience in Research & Development, preferably in RT&D field.
- Fluent English & Urdu Speaking and Writing with ability to develop training material
