| Job Description: |
- Soft Skill Trainer will need to develop and deliver, according to Annual Training Calendar, the below courses, including but not limited to:
- Time Management, Goal Setting, Presentation Skills, How to lead High Performance teams
- Interpersonal Skills, and Communication, Capacity Building, Employee Motivation, Selling Skills,
- Other topics, Negotiation Skills.
- Selecting or creating appropriate learning materials for instructional purposes with the help of R&D Section.
- Monitoring the effectiveness of training materials.
- Assessing the weaknesses and strengths of individuals during training and adjusting training as needed.
- Create and maintain a positive and professional learning environment.
- Able to deliver, project and motivate trainees through effective training methodologies both in group
- and individual classroom dynamics.
- Utilizing a variety of the training methodologies, techniques, concepts, learning tools, and practices to
- ensure maximum effectiveness of training programs.
- To conduct specific training needs assessments, with the help of R&D Section, to support the design,
- development and delivery of corporate training programs and strategies.
- Monitoring and measuring the effectiveness of all training programs, with the help of the M&E Officer.
- Partner with Heads of other departments to develop and deliver high quality human resource.
- Willingness to travel within Pakistan or abroad, as needed by the management.
- Preparation of monthly personal performance file and submit to Manager RT&D.
- Any other related task, during duty timings, assigned by Manager RT&D
Job Specification
- At least Graduate, having Certification in Learning & Development will be preferable.
- 3 – 5 years experience in Training, Learning & Development programs.
