AllZone Technologies is looking for a HR Generalist/Technical Recruiter who will be responsible for recruitment and people management.
Responsibilities:
- Maintaining a network with potential candidates from top tier universities
- Manage end to end recruitment process i.e., talent hunting, phone screens, scheduling technical interviews with Team Leads, liaison with the candidates, offer process and onboarding.
- Representing the company in recruitment drives conducted at different universities.
- Managing hiring related posts on LinkedIn.
- Managing operational things related to people management example Attendance, leaves record, addressing people concerns etc.

Qualification & Experience
- 2+ years of experience as an HR Professional in Software Industry
- Some familiarity with latest software technologies
