| Job Description: |
- Knowledge and experience of Windows System/Laptop install, upgrade, and troubleshooting.
- Troubleshoot hardware, software, and Network errors by running diagnostics, resolutions,prioritizing problems, assessing the impact of issues and ProActively Monitoring.
- Research and recommend approaches for Network administration tasks.
- Create and maintain documentation detailing the implemented network components as well as relevant procedures and other documentation.
- Investigate new innovative products.
- Possess knowledge and experience of Network Cabling.
- Support, diagnose and Troubleshoot Network/LAN problems.
- Offer Technical Support to Users.
- Manage Inventory of IT Equipment.
