| Job Description: |
We are in search of Top recruiters of Pakistan who can join us as International Recruiter for our clients based in the US & Canada.
Your responsibilities will include sourcing, screening, and providing a shortlist of qualified candidates for various technical roles.
- Network online and offline with potential candidates to promote our brand, reduce our time-to-hire, and ensure we attract the best professionals.
- Maintain the internal database properly.
- Developed and maintain the relationship with subcontractors (Keeping the track of their expertise).
- Submitting the candidates for suitable positions, negotiating the rates and following up on the upcoming client interviews & placing the candidates at best deals.
Requirements
- Proven work Experience of 2-10 years as an international recruiter.
- Candidates having excellent English communication & writing skills.
- Bachelors or Master’s Degree in any field.
- Proven work experience as a Technical & Non-technical Recruiter.
- Hands-on experience with various interview formats (e.g. phone, Skype, and VOIP structured).
- Proficiency in MS Office, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Time management and planning skills.
