6. Maintaining the verbal/telephonic and written correspondence with the at-fault party insurance companies and solicitors.
7. Getting reasonable compensation for the clients from at-fault party’s insurance companies.
8. Ensuring the timely response to the concerns of all the parties involved with the help of relevant information.
9. Preparing the invoices for the services provided to the clients.
10. Making sure the timely recovery of the prepared invoices.
11. Resolving the disputes or issues in the process of settlement of the invoices.
12. Effectively conveying the acquired training and knowledge to the junior colleagues.
