| Job Description: |
Responsibilities:
- Developing Project Feasibility and investment analysis
- Developing annual plans (budgets)
- Undertaking Research (Economics, Construction & Real Estate Sector, Project Ideas, and Business Development-Partners)
- Coordinating Corporate Finance matters (investment & deal co-ordination, coordination with lawyers and bankers for deals-debt raising)
- Developing Strategy and Business Plan
- Working in collaboration with the Finance team on the performance and management reports
- Developing PowerPoint Presentations for the CFO and CEO
- Submitting information to international partners and research organizations
Requirements:
- Excellent Financial Modeling, PowerPoint Presentation, MS Office, Good Report Writing, Project Management, Coordination and Collaboration skills.
- Experience of working in Real Estate Company within a Strategy, Business Planning or Finance Department.
- Experience of working in a Business or Strategy Consulting firm or Equity or Brokerage Research Firm shall also be preferred.
- Educational Background of Business and Finance i.e. MBA, CIMA or CFA: Qualified/ Part Qualified
- A minimum experience of 4 – 5 years in a similar or related role.
