Job Description: |
We are looking for a dedicated and energetic candidate to work in our busy Call Centre in Lahore, Pakistan. This is an exciting new position for a Transport Administrator/Phone operator . Working within a small but busy office. The position will involve a mixture of admin, phone operator and compliance based works for our growing fleet of minibus/coaches.
This position would suit someone who already has some experience within the Transport Industry i.e taxi call Centre etc.
Key Tasks and Responsibilities
- Attending to customer calls and logging bookings daily
- Discover customers’ needs
- Reply to customer email and phone inquires regarding pricing and our fleet of vehicles for hire
- Processing payments on the phone and online.
- Answering general customer queries and occasionally making after sales calls/taking feedback
- Allocating work to drivers/publishing the schedule/ emailing and texting drivers their daily work and booking details & making sure there is adequate cover in case of absences and in emergencies
- Being polite with customers and passing on complaints to the relevant person in management
- Chasing up with customers after a quote or provisional booking has been made
- Monitor, manage and report data from the Asset Go to ensure he vehicle daily check compliant.
- Monitor, manage and report the drivers and the vehicles Tachograph/digi card data to ensure the driving hours compliance.
About You and Experience Required
- You must have an education at or equivalent to a minimum Level
- You must be confident to speak over the phone and converse with many different types of customers daily and understand their needs
- You will be using a computer for most of your daily work so being IT literate is a key requirement and must be comfortable navigating Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook as well as learning our booking system.
