Job Description:

Mindbridge is one of the oldest and largest international call centers in Pakistan. It operates a state of the art facility located at 32 Empress Road, Lahore. Mindbridge services clients in The United States, The United Kingdom, Australia, and New Zealand 24 hours a day and 365 days a year. We process over 1 million minutes of voice calls a month, and also provide back office support for various business processes. Our training includes sessions with American and European trainers who are specialists in their areas and on the job coaching by seasoned senior resources to enable new resources to quickly achieve their targets.   • We are currently hiring Customer ServiceExecutives. Agents will communicate with our customers from UK, Australia and New Zealand and provide technical/customer support over the phone. No Sales Involved!!

  • All applicants must possess fluency in spoken English and an American/British or Polished Neutral accent, computer literacy, phone etiquettes, strong communication and interpersonal skills, O' and A' Level students or Business majors preferred.
  • Experience not required; however, preference will be given to applicants with prior international call center experience.
  • You can earn upto Rs.50000 per month.
