Job Description:

Ideal candidate should

  • Have at least a Bachelors degree preferably in Business Administration, specialization in Human Resource Management will be an advantage
  • Have at least 01 year of relevant work experience in recruitment or employer branding
Job Description
  • Facilitate in developing frameworks and strategies for the HR function for recruitment, employer branding and employee communication
  • Coordinate with HR and line to ensure recruitment frameworks are implemented as per the business needs
  • Evaluate performance of all recruitment frameworks/tools for continuous improvement
  • Create employer branding strategy in line with the corporate philosophy in order to project it internally and externally for promoting Mobilink as a preferred place to work
  • Manage employer branding activities and academia relations to maintain Mobilinks employer brand in the market
  • Develop company-wide communication plans (external internal) in line with the employer value proposition and culture philosophy
  • Ensure standardized messaging and unique brand image for all employee communication aspects pertaining to HR Admin
  • Identify improvement areas from various quantifiable surveys and recommend communication frameworks/campaigns in line with the HR strategy
  • Liaise with internal stakeholders including commercial teams to ensure standardization of messaging for all communication initiatives
