| Job Description: |
| The ideal candidate should:
- Hold a bachelors degree in Electrical/Electrical or equivalent.
- Have 2 to 3 years of relevant work experience.
Job Description:
- Provide Level-2 support (Drive and participate in Problem Identification and troubleshooting)
- WO Execution and Verification.
- Handling NOC CCMS Trouble tickets (GPRS, Specific Data Service, Blackberry, Data Roaming)
- Complete understanding of Network HLD and LLD.
- Assess the criticality of the incident at Network Business level and engage Vendor Support.
- Responsible to keep software level up to date and attend up gradations of existing Node if required.
- Monitor Network Nodes license limitation and expiry.
- Perform Quarterly Network Audits.
- Manage vendors and SLA Tracking.
- Manage and facilitate escalated customer complaints.
- Coordination, execution and support for new projects.
- In-house troubleshooting tools development.
- Weekly system health checks as a part of preventive maintenance.
- Ensure Network KPI's above set threshold.
- Interdepartmental coordination (Planning, Marketing, Finance, and peer NOC).
- Responsible for any changes made to procedures, whether internal or external.
- Network parameter standardization and optimization.
Essential Skills: - In depth Knowledge of GSM/GPRS Call flows, Signaling, troubleshooting skills and database configuration
Desirable Skills:
- Strong Analytical and communication skills
- Familiarity with RF Planning process
- Hands on experience on Huawei Core nodes
