A (confidential) multinational IT Company is looking for a suitable candidate with at minimum below basic skills / experience. Remuneration 'll be based upon combination of education, experience, skills, etc; however please include salary expectation while applying.
1. Install and configure kiosk hardware and software
2. Troubleshoot and fix kiosk hardware and software issues.
3. Monitor kiosk remotely and visit the kiosks location as and when needed.
4. Conduct preventive maintenance of kiosk.
5. Communicate with customer and co-ordinate with local team.
6. Document each and every activity
7. Do everything required (within the agreed scope) and make sure that the system is up and running and customer happy.
