Job Responsibilities:
- Work on our Integration system/solutions
- Production Support
- Troubleshoot Integration issues, system errors and process flow
- Analyze, Identify and resolve day to day Integration issues
- Monitor Integration system/solution health, connectivity and document processing
- Work with vendors, customers and trading partners on Integration issues, queries and escalations
- Work with internal departments, teams and individuals on Integration related issues, queries and escalations
