Required Manager Accounts having minimum 15 years Experience of Managing Accounts of Private Limited Company & Partnership Concern.

MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES:

• Oversees the Complete Accounting Activities
• Supervises, directs, and reviews the work of the accounting staff (including, but not limited to, cash reconciliation, Bank reconciliation,check runs, accounts receivable transactions, payroll, accounts payable transactions, recording of revenue and expenses, etc.).
• Coordinates monthly, quarterly, and annual closing activities.
• Makes and implements recommendations to improve accounting processes and procedures.
• Performs other duties such as Tax Return, GST, Working Tax Consulant and others

REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, ABILITIES:

• Experience with Trading/Retailing indenting, L/C set up
• Ability to analyze financial data and to prepare accurate reports in a timely fashion.
• Knowledge of policies and practices associated with payroll and benefits administration.
• Knowledge and ability in the use of a personal computer and software applications (e.g. Microsoft
• Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint, etc.).
• Ability to effectively use a modern automated financial management system. Knowledge of Peech Tree Software
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to maintain detailed records.
• Ability to communicate effectively both written and verbally.

EDUCATION AND WORK EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS: A minimum of a Bachelor’s of Accounts
