Job Description: |
- Planning Annual/ surprise/ Special Audits of the branches/ campuses as per plan/ schedule shared by the HoD.
- Facilitation and coordination between team and relevant Departments / branches.
- Identifying, analyzing and reporting any incidents/ risk of frauds, control weaknesses or policy deviations if any during visits to the branches.
- Reviewing and analyzing the issues highlighted by the team, before its compilation to final Report.
- Performing other special assignments (planned/un-planned) as and when required by the HoD within given timelines either individually/ as a team member.
- Planning, Review and finalization of the Reports of the surprise visits of The Smart Schools carried out for verification of the number of students declared by them for calculation of Royalty Income.
- Ensuring 100% compliance as soon as it is confirmed by the relevant Department against identified issues and observations.
- Ensuring compliance with all of company policies, procedures and business ethics codes.
