Job Description:

1. Assist academic managers as interactive content developer, in preparing soft version of subject related curriculum resources, curriculum evaluation tools, using Activeinspire, Worldwall, Flashplayer (SWF), etc. Design, develop, evaluate, search, localize, adapt and customise educational games/activities/tutorials using different educational software as per our curriculum to support classroom teaching and students’ conceptual learning.

2. Identify problematic area in his/her relevant area of subject in liaison with the teachers and Heads and plan remedial action/content/trainings to overcome subject related discrepancies. Provide constructive feedback on teaching and learning through classroom observation visits to teachers and heads.

3. Conduct capacity building sessions of teachers. Act as a trainer to deliver model lessons with interactive activities to enhance teachers’ understanding of curriculum and teaching techniques. Prepare reports on his/her subject evaluations status and progress through field testing and monitoring visits to strengthen academics.

4. Introduce innovative ideas for making teaching and learning sessions interesting, interactive as well as effective by using advance technology, latest teaching techniques/resources.

5. Keeps record of his/her subject related curriculum reviews and modifications.

6. Plan and travel for training, monitoring etc. to other cities/districts/provinces as and when required by the management.

7. Any other task assigned by the HOD.
