We provide digital marketing services to our clients such as social media marketing, search engine marketing and website design.
Position Summary
We are searching for a highly motivated HR & Admin associate to help us with the hiring effort. If you are looking for a career opportunity in HR or management and gain experience in online marketing and media then keep reading.
You will be assisting the hiring manager to bring the best creative & digital marketing professionals on board such as editors, writers, social media experts, search engine marketers and graphic designers.
What you will be doing:
Working with the hiring manager to understand job requirements for various roles and coming up with job descriptions
Sourcing the best candidates using job portals, classifieds and direct outreach
Short Listing candidates through phone interviews and one on one meetings
Making job offers and negotiating salaries for full time and part-time employees as well as freelancers
Managing employee orientation & onboarding
Working with management to develop the HR policy in line with company culture and local regulations
Monitoring performance, productivity and motivation levels of team members
Organizing regular company events and meetups
Managing payroll, office expenses and handling miscellaneous admin tasks
You are an ideal candidate if you :
Have superb english language skills
Are highly organized & detail oriented
Have excellent communication & presentation skills
Are confident and articulate
Think of yourself as “people” person and can get along with almost anybody
Are a quick learner
Have a basic understanding of online marketing
Are adept at using MS office (Excel, Word)
Desired Experience & Education:
Ideally you should have completed your undergraduate degree in business, marketing, english, media or communication related discipline.
Having some work experience is a plus but not necessary.
Salary & Location:
You will be working in a highly collaborative and fun work environment.
This is an entry to intermediate level position with a starting salary in the PKR 30,000-60,000 range based on experience and fit with lots of opportunity for growth !
