Job Description:
  • Audit, analyze and review network service/business requirements.
  • Develop/Improve and implement efficient network utilization strategies.
  • Data network capacity planning and optimization.
  • Install, configure, and maintain network services, equipment and devices.
  • Network QoS (Quality of Service) design and implementation.
  • Document network operation processes and procedures.
  • Monitor industry trends and identify emerging technologies.
  • Ensuring proper trainings of resources & completion of tasks within due timelines.
  • Monitor networks to ensure security and availability to specific users.
  • Evaluate and modify system's performance.
  • Identify user needs.
  • Maintain availability, integrity and security of the network with effective policies.
  • Maintain Network devices’ backup on regular basis.
  • Ensure network connectivity throughout company's LAN/WAN infrastructure is aligned with business requirements.

Other Tasks

 

Carry Out any other duties assigned by the Line Manager/HOD
