Under direct supervision, functions as support for technical communications team and may assist with basic writing, editing, and organizing both technical and end user documentation and other training content for products, processes and services delivered to internal and/or external customers. Works closely with Technical Communications Manager to understand administrative and documentation needs for projects, processes and services supported.
Assists with basic writing and editorial tasks as assigned by manager
Assists with IT Training Program enrollments, expirations and reports
Maintains application user lists for the purposes of sending communications and maintaining distribution lists in Outlook
Conducts review of internal associate lists for the purposes of sending communications and maintaining distribution lists in Outlook
Updates distributions lists as needed for proper maintenance
Administers department and team SharePoint sites with basic admin rights
Monitors TBS Newsletter Inbox for monthly kudos and other topic ideas shared by associates
Reviews Education and Training Portal to ensure content displays as expected and consistently across all sub-sites
