Job Description:

·         Keeping close liaison with employees in order to resolve their day to day matters through personal meting & phone. 


·         Managing end to end process of PESSI/EOBI.


·         Addressing employee relation issues such as harassment, allegations, work complaints.


·         Administering Employee Benefits of Indoor Medical Insurance, Outdoor Medical


·         Employee Clearance, Resigned, Notice Period,


·         Exit Interviews


·         Plan and Execute Employee’s get- to-gather as required


·         Plan and Execute Sports Activities for all employees once in a year


·         Monitoring attendance management
