| Job Description: |
Synapse Consulting is looking for Sales and Distribution Manager for its client in Food Manufacturing based in Hyderabad.
- Sales Distribution Supervisions, Business Development Officers and Channel Partners
- Franchise channel handling, Increasing business opportunities through various routes to market
- Maintain and Manage Sale Staff of approximately 55 sales men
- Manage Sales Territory in Nawabshah, Badin, Sewan, Sangar, Moro, Hyderabad, Hala, Karachi region.
- Develop and manage an efficient distribution network to improve sales performance.
- Franchise, DO territory and route rationalization/allocation & Numeric addition
- Keeping up to date with products and competitors.
- Ensure achievement of monthly sales targets of the assigned territory
- Focus on quality of Sales.
- Create, Implement and ensure the achievement of assigned Sales KPIS
- Conduct regular Market Visits highlighting areas of opportunities for improvement in collaboration with channel partners
- Manage reporting of Market Intelligence with respect to competition
- Create, Design and Implement Sales Campign in order to boost sales.
- Create, Design and implement strategies to boost strategic sales
- Create, Design and implement process to suite the business needs.
- Bring strength in the overall sales setup and also strengthen the entire distribution network.
