• To provide antenatal care to pregnant Women.
• To provide postnatal care to the Women.
• To provide family planning services to illegible couples.
• To do the counseling of illegible couples for family planning.
• To the growth monitoring of children of age under 5 at health facility.
• To do the counseling of mother and will refer the child for the vaccination.
• To keep record of each activity conducted at health facility.
• To provide health education session at health facility to the health care seekers.
• To help the MO/FMO in carrying out daily duties.
• Participation in development of Health Promotion activities.
• Assesses patient’s environment for safety, cleanliness and proper functioning of equipment’s.
•  Identifies patients learning needs and conducts counseling accordingly.
• Reporting of activities for assuring proper maintenance and sterilization of the equipment’s/Instruments.
• Uses equipment’s and supplies judiciously to ensure effective and economical use of the same as required.
• Participating in on-going personnel training (care techniques, updating protocols, etc.)
• Being responsible for the cleanliness and upkeep of  the working space.
• Checking the sterilization of medical and stitching material.
• Informing the direct Supervisor in case of medical error. 
• Any other tasks as assigned by supervisor (s)

NOTE: Preference will be given the local and experienced candidates.
