Department/Division: General Services Division / Operations Group
Reports to: Department Head, GSD - South
Grade: OG-II
1. JOB PURPOSE:
To arrange Hotel / Air Ticketing / Rent-a-Car booking for officers/executives of the Bank. Handling pool cars fleet as well as arranging repair, maintenance, and registration of Bank’s vehicles. Arranging insurance for vehicles. Processing of all the related payments. Handling auction of Bank’s vehicles
1. PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES:
- Travel management for bookings of hotels, air travel, and rent-a-car for officers/executives of the Bank.
- Vehicle management for maintaining records of all the vehicles provided to various officers/executives and offices under functional as well as grade entitlements.
- Management of GSD pool cars and arranging their repair & maintenance. Arranging excise tax payments of Bank’s vehicles.
- To manage the custody of surrendered vehicles and to organize the auction of surrendered cars as per Standard Operating Procedures.
- To arrange the insurance coverage of Bank’s vehicles. Filing and finalizing insurance claims.
- Dealing with all the vendors, negotiating and finalizing the business relations with the vendors.
- To prepare and finalize the office notes and seek timely approvals from the competent authorities.
- To process and arrange vendors’ payments through Central Accounts.
- To make sure the bank rules are followed at all the times.
