Ø Monitor sales activities to ensure that customers receive satisfactory service and quality products.
Ø Handle customers' complaints and provide solutions.
Ø Coordinate with Factory, Contractors and Clients for operational matters.
Ø Achieve monthly/quarterly/annually targets.
Ø Monitor daily sales demand and determine the types and quantity of products to be sold.
Ø Assign tasks to showroom staff and monitor their activities. - Evaluate the performance of showroom on the basis of assigned targets.
Ø Retain existing customers and develop new customer base by emailing/messaging store customers for updates, new arrivals, discounts and promotions.
Ø Achieve financial objectives by preparing an annual budget; scheduling expenditures; analyzing variances; initiating corrective actions.
Ø Identify current and future customer requirements by establishing rapport with potential and actual customers and other persons in a position to understand service requirements
Ø Over see learning and development of the team.
Ø Manage display of saleable products according to demand of products.
Ø Maintain proper visual merchandising of display windows (if applicable).
Ø Direct and manage placement of new arrivals & discarded items at the showroom.
Ø Execute in store branding/tagging in coordination with concerned stakeholders.
Ø Prepare daily inventory reconciliation report for management’s review.
Ø Involved and organize in store engagement activities
Ø Ensure documentation as per SOPs.
Ø Review and analyze periodic reports product wise and sales wise.
Ø Take initiative and encourage teamwork among showroom’s sales team.
