» Ensure compliance of HR Policies and practices with internal and Government rules and regulations.
» Maintain applicable system updates, ensure suitable documentation and record keeping for internal and external audit.
» Maintains historical human resource records by designing a filing and retrieval system; keeping past and current records.
» Analyzing training needs in conjunction with line managers; planning and delivering training, including staff inductions, keeping record for internal and external audit.
» Design and Implement Performance Management System (Performance Evaluation & Appraisal System).
» Define HR Strategies and identify gray areas to improve / enhance system.
» Prepare Job descriptions for the organization.
» Design Competency Matrix.
» Develop & implement Employee welfare programs.
» Assist Managers/Supervisors with layoffs, disciplinary actions, terminations, promotions and transfers.
» Function in an active & influential business advisory role with management in order to drive business results as it affects human resources.
» Translate or explain to employee’s complex company policies and rules to ensure understanding and compliance.
» Direct preparation and distribution of written and verbal information to inform employees of benefits, compensation, and personnel policies.
» Responsible for Supervising Administration Department smooth working.
» Supervision of the Payment of Admin and IT Supplier.
» Supervision of the Day to Day Admin Activities.
» Supervision of Day to IT Activities.
» Any other task assigned by the Line Manager
