· Preparation of different BB Department reports i.e. loan officer wise, OD/ Write off clients wise, Deposit Wise and Daily Business Targets Projections.
· Act as a contact point & Liaison between branches and Admin Department for Admin related matters Responsible for logistic support to the branches by providing them with required items of printing & Stationary, responsible for inward/outward mail.
· Coordination and Follow ups with branches and Head Office on day to day matters on daily basis and provide full support to Regional Manager during branch visits.
· Coordinate and arrangement of BM meetings and their logistics. Further maintain BB, HRD, Admin, Finance and Liability department’s related correspondence records i.e. Circulars, Performance Letters, Daily Inward/Outward Courier Logs and Petty Cash Expense in Regional Office.
· Coordination with HR-Generalist / HRBP in HR related matters and to act his / her backup.
· Any other responsibilities assigned by line manager.
