| Job Description: |
- Responsible for oversight and objective setting/appraisal of Finance Team of DGS (Pvt) Limited.
- Tax liaison with local tax advisor and Legal Advisor.
- Timely filing of tax returns with all relevant authorities.
- Overall supervision of the accounting function for DGS( Pvt) Limited. Ensuring smooth and timely closing of monthly books.
- Preparation of SG&A & Capex budget.
- Overall responsibility for the interim/annual financial statements as per IFRS for DGS (pvt) Limited.
- Reviewing / Review of PK TAB and communicating cross charge to dgs International entities.
