We require the services of qualified, experienced and capable individuals for the following positions for our forthcoming project involving construction of pre-fabricated buildings on large-scale. Production Manager
B.Sc. Mechanical/Industrial Engineering
8-10 years experience of independently running an industrial unit manufacturing heavy steel structures, polyurethane injection steel sandwich panels for pre-fabricated buildings, cold-storages and other similar applications. Direct experience of production planning, calculating material requirements according to production plan and quality control of products according to standards and client requirements. Ensuring timey repair and maintenance of machinery and equipment. Management and control of skilled and unskilled factory workers, technicians and foremen etc. Supervising dispatches to sites and deploying field teams for erection of pre-fabricated buildings.
Strong engineering, planning, management, leadership and interpersonal communication skills are essentially required. Will be required to closely coordinate with Marketing, Sales, Finance, Procurement and HR departments. |
